3. Damage Waiver & Liability: We are not liable for damage due to:
o Normal wear and tear
o Improper installations
o Items valued over $200 not disclosed in writing prior to service
Examples of limited-liability items include:
• Carpet Snags: Often caused by vacuuming over worn carpet loops
• Broken Blinds: Aged, sun-exposed blinds are fragile
• Improperly Hung Wall Decor: Items not securely mounted may fall when dusted

5. Ladders & Heights: For safety, cleaning professionals will not use ladders. Telescoping tools are used for high surfaces.
6. Heavy Lifting: Cleaners will not move large furniture or appliances. We’ll clean around and under where safely reachable.
7. Extremely Neglected Homes: For homes with severe clutter, hoarding conditions, or hazardous materials, we’ll assess and discuss service limitations upon arrival. Photos may be taken internally (not shared externally) for training purposes.
8. Biohazards: We do not clean animal feces, urine, or other hazardous biological materials.
9. Non-Solicitation Agreement: By using Custom Clean Pro, you agree not to solicit referred cleaners for direct hire. A $1,000 referral fee will be assessed if a client bypasses Custom Clean Pro and hires a professional privately without notice.
10. Hold Harmless Agreement: You agree to hold Custom Clean Pro and its representatives harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from services provided by referred professionals.
